I was waiting till I knew for sure to say anything. I have been waitint to see if I passed my math class since my admissions to Oregon was dependate on me passing. Mark finally e-mailed me this afternoon telling me that I got a 58 on the final which was the average in the class, but I got an 82 as my overall grade, which is a B. That sure is passing for those of you who are not sure. I told my mom and asked her if I could tell them I was coming to Oregon and she said yes. I was a little surprised that she gave me a straight answer and the one I wanted too.
So yes I am going to the University of Oregon this fall and will be moving there this September. I cannot tell you how excited I am to be going to my dream school and finally will be moving on with my life. My dad of course asked me what I was going to do if I need rescuing since I have no family or know anyone up there if I run into trouble. I didn't know what to say. I know he means other than needing to address officals and all of that.
I was suppose to work tonight, but the numbers dropped and my camp got cancled so I would have not known about this until tomorrow when I got home. I know have to break the news to Jake to let him know that I will be leaving, but still work when I am in town. I know he won't be thrilled, but I am doing this because I need to go where they offer my major. I have no problem with working at the zoo when I am in town like spring break or in the summer or other breaks I will have.
That's it.
