Today I had my second massage ever today. After last weekend I knew that I really needed one and I have a membership so I should use it. The therapist I had was also named Kimberly and was good. My shoulders were really tight and still need to do some more work. Also I notice pain in just about every spot was a little sore to very. Once my massage was over, she actually thanked me for letting her work on me, which I thought was odd. I went to the desk to have them scan my card and because of certain computers being down and everything I found out that they have me under as Kimberly Joss. I have no clue why there was the mistake, but the girl said she would fix it for me. I also have another appointment in 2 weeks because I have one more prepaid visit that I have to use before next month. I do feel some tightness and soreness, but I know it is better than it was before.
I also had yoga today, which my usual teacher was not there so we had a sub. She did not know the yoga terms or anything and honestly, it felt like we barely did anything. The time went by fast, but I really wanted a good yoga practice. I guess there is not much I could do about it because I had no idea that she would not be there and the sub would know nothing about yoga. When Rachel was gone, our subs were yoga teachers.
After my massage, Shannon and I went to see 300. I thought the commercials made it look interesting especially with the coloration or whatever it is called. There were tons of previews, but I can only remember a few, but they looked good to me. All I can say about the movie is that I liked it for the most part, but there was something about it that didnt make me really enjoy it.
